we are asking for your support for a very special friend of ours… a truly giving person who makes people smile every single day…
His name is Buddy Big Mountain, but sadly we just learned that he has colon Cancer. Truly a blow for someone who makes a living entertaining others.
His family has set up a go fund me with a goal to raise $7,000 for medical expences. The go fund me page reads as follows:
" Hi, my name is Kristofer Lindstrom, My Aunt Diana Bigmountain and I are fundraising for my Uncle Buddy Bigmountain. My uncle has traveled the world brought laughter and fun to anyone that went to go see him. He is the very first Native American ventriloquist and he has worked hard all his life. He has always put a smile on my face and many others through out the years. He is now battling colon cancer and needs help paying the medical bills. He will be going through weeks of chemo and radiation and the insurance just doesn’t cover everything. Any donations will help. Buddy Bigmountain is an amazing father husband and grandfather and he has worked everyday out on Fremont street in Las Vegas to bring joy and happiness to everyone in time of need. Now, he needs our help to fight this cancer off.
Buddy has worked with the Puppetry Guild in Orange County for many years and traveled to Japan, Canada and many other countries to bring the art of ventriloquism and Native American heritage to everyone. He is a one of kind person and he is an amazing person. "
Buddy has provided entertainment for well over 40 years. He Blends grassroots comedy and songs with his beautiful hand-built Ventriloquist Puppets, Marionette Pow Wow Dancers, and a little bit of magic thrown into the mix.
